Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

When you arrive in Hanoi, your guide will meet youand transfer you to the hotel in the Old Quarter near Hoan Kiem Lake(the Hong Ngoc). When you are ready you will take an Old Quarterrickshaw tour. If there is time you will also visit the ConfuciusLiterature Center also with a small concert of traditional. Vietnamesemusic (complete with traditional ethnic costumes).

Day 2: Hanoi City Tour (B/L)

You will visit the Ho Chi Minh Museum,Mausoleum and the surrounding grounds (including Ho Chi Minhresidences). After lunch you will go to the Museum of Ethnology.Evening option: Water Puppets.

Day 3: Hanoi - Halong Bay (B/L/D)

At8: 00 am we will pick you up, by private mini-van, at the hotel andbegin our journey to Halong city. After 3.5 hours driving and viewingsimple, countryside, rice paddy life, we arrive at the at port. Boardyour private boat, an authentic Chinese Junk, and start your amazingcruise through this World Heritage Site. Lunch is served on board, aselection of the freshest seafood. We visit "the amazing cave",followed by a swim in the tranquility of Halong Bay and its emeraldwater. We will cruise further into a quiet area where we will anchorand stay overnight. Dinner and relax as the sun sets. Then you are freeto swim in the phosphorous water, retire to your cabin, or fall asleepunder the stars amidst the magic of Halong on the top deck.

Day 4: Halong Bay - Hanoi - Hue (B/L)

Wakeup early in the morning for a great sunrise and a breath of fresh oceanair. Breakfast served on boat then we do a leisurely cruise throughthousands of seemingly never ending islands. These are greatopportunities to capture some amazing photographs. We stop to visit afloating fishing village and listen to some legendary stories of thefisherman's daily life. Take one last swim somewhere in the middle ofthe bay to refresh before cruising back to the Halong city pier. Bynoon we be ashore and break for lunch at a local restaurant. Then wehit the road back to Hanoi. Then we will transfer you to the airportfor your flight to Hue, where you will be transferred to your hotel.

Day 5: Hue - Sightseeing Tour (B/L)

Todayyou will visit the Citadel, which is the King's Palace (which is aWorld Heritage Site). The cultural show there is also a World HeritageSite (one of the few performance groups in the world which has attainedthat status). Then you will be taken to two of the Emperor's tombs.

Day 6: Hue - Danang - Hoian (B/L)

You will be driven to Danang. Then you will visitthe Cham Statues Museum. After that you will be taken to the MarbleMountains for a view of the grottos, caves and the high view. Afterlunch you will be taken to China Beach for an afternoon on thisbeautiful and famous beach. Then you will continue onto Hoi An and willbe checked into your hotel. You spend the night in Hoi An.

Day 7: Hoian - My Son (B/L)

Today you will visit the My Son HolyLand. Afterwards you will return to Hoi An and check in at your hotel.Visit famous places in Hoi An, enjoy the ancient town at night,drinking coffee, beer or whatever your pleasure...

Day 8: Hoian - Ho Chi Minh City (B/L)

You will fly to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) where your guide will meetyou and take you on a half-day tour, which will include the War Museum,the Independence Museum, the Notre Dame Cathedral, a Buddhist Templeand more. Then you will be transferred to your hotel.
Evening option: The Saigon Saigon bar provides an open air high view of the city as well as enjoyable music.

Day 13: Depart Ho Chi Minh City (B)

You are transferred to the airport for your return flight to your home country with a lifetime of wonderful memories.
